Los Angeles County prosecutors confirmed that Nick has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder. Robert Reiner was an acclaimed actor and filmmaker, best known for directing films such as This Is Spinal Tap, The Sure Thing, The Princess Bride, When Harry Met Sally, Misery and A Few Good Men, among others. He was also honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1999 and received the Chaplin Award in 2014. Michele Singer Reiner was a photographer, film producer, and LGBTQ+ activist. The couple had been married for over three decades. Just months ago, Nick was photographed with his parents and siblings at the premiere of Spinal Tap: The End Continues. Rob and Nick had previously collaborated on the 2016 film Being Charlie, which explored the life of a troubled son of a famous father.
